What kind of training do we offer?

• Online or in person 
• We use http://www.GoToMeeting.com and can have up to 15 computers online at a time.

What do we train on?

• For any our our applications - sales training includes the target markets the software or service and pricing (dealer cost and M.S.R.P.)
• For the end users we can train them online for a small fee or in some cases at no charge if your staff is present.

What are the products and how long is the training? Good as a part of a sales meeting!

•  Ultimate Call Accounting – for over 220 types of phone systems (twenty minutes)
•  Doctor Reminder Software, Appointment Reminder Software and Smoke Signal – send voice text and email messages and reminders (thirty minutes)
•  OnTime4Class – ring the bell in a school or blow the whistle in a factory (twenty minutes)
•  SPARK – text messages to up to 658 people and many groups (twenty minutes)
•  AURA 2.0 or Cloud Response – Emergency Response System or service for healthcare, educational and governmental settings (forty minutes)
•  Attention Shoppers – commercials in a store (twenty minutes)
•  InnService for the Strata® CIX (forty minutes)  

Can we get an overview? 

•  We do have the Ultimate Overview in a hour.
